Winter Passage: An Oregon Retrospective, is a cinematic short film that follows Oregon-based photographer Mark McInnis on a journey through the Pacific Northwest in celebration of winter’s raw beauty and the state’s vibrant ski culture.
Created to inspire exploration and tourism, the film captures Oregon’s most iconic winter destinations — from snow-covered peaks to hidden backcountry terrain — through a lens that blends adventure, artistry, and a deep appreciation for the natural world.
More than a travel film, Winter’s Passage serves as a tribute to the spirit of winter in Oregon and a reminder of the connection between landscape, creativity, and community that defines the state’s outdoor culture.
